It's so inspiring and really cool! It really puts things in perspective... that we're all a part of each other and the stars and planets in space and that we are all so... insignificant compared to the infinite expanses of the universe! WOW. It just blows my mind when I think about how much is out there.

Like the guy says in the video: "I know that molecules in my body are traceable to phenomena in the cosmos. That makes me want to grab people on the street and say, 'HAVE YOU HEARD THIS?!'"

We are part of something so much bigger than the lives and little minutia that we wrap ourselves into every day! There is so much more out there than whether or not that person will call you back, or if you embarassed yourself, or made a silly mistake. We are just one organism living on a planet that is BILLIONS of years old! And that's just our planet! Our planet Earth is not even nearly as old as the whole of the cosmos. One year of our lives isn't even half a millisecond of the lifespan of the universe. Isn't that so incredible? I just- It's SO COOL.

I LOVE THE UNIVERSE AND THE WORLD AND LIFE! I love everything about it. It's like an elaborate fantasy novel that's actually real. This is real! Can you believe it?! I mean, I've known about all of this from classes and all of that, but when you really think about it outside of your lecture notes, it's really, truly incredible.

There are times when I hate studying science, but I think about it and I know I really wouldn't want to do anything else. I wish I could have a conversation with Carl Sagan and Stephen Hawking and have them tell me everything they know.
